1. Scope and acceptance

The website presents the Site-Ashfall Roblox experience, community information, a profile directory, announcements and application forms. By using a site feature, you agree to these terms and the community rules published on the site. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant features.

2. Access and accounts

Sign-in takes place with Roblox through its authentication service. The site will never ask for your Roblox password. Linking a Discord account is optional. You are responsible for your third-party accounts and the information you submit. Do not impersonate another member or share your credentials with anyone.

3. Profiles and user content

Your Roblox display name, username, avatar, profile link and RP name may appear in the public directory. Application information and any in-game statistics/ranks are restricted to authorized views. You must have the right to submit any content you provide, avoid real personal data and respect other people’s rights.

4. Applications

An application is a request to join a community team; it is not a job offer or a guarantee of acceptance, rank or privileges. Team leads may review it, request more information, accept or decline it. Application text is accessible to authorized staff and may be sent to the configured staff notification channel.

5. Conduct

You agree to treat members respectfully and follow moderator instructions; not to harass, discriminate, threaten or spam; not to post illegal, NSFW, pirated or privacy-invasive content; and not to compromise the site, Roblox, Discord or another person’s account. Detailed gameplay rules will be published separately when available.

6. Moderation and suspension

In response to abuse, a security risk or a breach of these terms, H.A.D.E.S Industries may hide content or restrict or suspend access to the website or community, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where reasonably possible, an explanation may be provided through the community channel.

7. Intellectual property and third-party services

The Site-Ashfall name, H.A.D.E.S creations and team publications remain subject to their owners’ rights. You retain rights you hold in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to process and display it on this site. Roblox, Discord and the SCP Foundation are third-party services or entities; Site-Ashfall is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or the SCP Foundation. Any use of third-party SCP content must follow its license and attribution requirements.

8. Availability and liability

The site is provided as available and may be changed, interrupted or temporarily unavailable, including because of hosting, third-party services or maintenance. Public Roblox counters may be unavailable or restricted by Roblox. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes, governing law and contact

These terms may be updated; the displayed date will indicate the latest revision. The publisher must determine and publish the governing law, competent jurisdiction and any dispute-resolution terms before launch: [TO BE COMPLETED].
